Zamal Jewels strives to deliver your precious pieces promptly and securely. Our shipping policy provides details on shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and any associated costs. We aim to make your jewelry shopping experience seamless, from selection to doorstep delivery.
Domestic Shipping (within Pakistan)
- Orders are dispatched in 4-6 working days through a trusted courier service.
- Shipping is free within Pakistan for orders above PKR 15,000:-
- Cash on delivery (COD) is only available on orders under PKR 15,000:-
- For COD orders above PKR 15,000:-, the order may be split into multiple shipments (as per courier policy).
- We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed. We aim to confirm all dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
International Shipping
Orders are dispatched in 10 working days. International deliveries will be made by UPS or Fedex and a tracking code will be provided in the confirmation email once the order has been processed.
Shipping charges are on actual.
Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Note: International shipments sometimes may attract additional duties and taxes that may be levied on an order once it has reached the destination state or country. In all cases, the customer is liable to clear any such additional charges with the courier company in order to release the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to state the exact amount of such charges at the time an order is placed since charges vary widely between states and countries.
